How far in advance should I book?

Planning your event in advance is always a good thing. We recommend booking as soon as possible, as we cannot ensure the availability of our products without a deposit, which secures your booking. This helps us guarantee that you get everything you need for your special day.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy reflects the significant effort that goes on behind the scenes from your initial inquiry. Therefore, we take a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit values vary depending on whether you are hiring a marquee or party props. This ensures we can provide the best service possible for your event.

  We have used make your day event hire a few times now and every time we use them they never disappoint! We recently hired a 4x10 marquee for Christmas Day, the set up was amazing and the heating was sufficient too! They are easy to book in with and the communications are always dealt with promptly.   Very professional service from set up to take down. I hired a 4x6 marquee for my husband’s 50th. Michael was able to accommodate my last minute request to change to 4x8. The setting was very beautiful and everyone complimented the marquee. I went for a full package as I thought It would make my life easier! Best Decision!!! I had chiavari chairs with tables . They supplied the table linens which was perfect. The fairy lights were bright enough for the party.
I had the gold shimmering wall and the LED 50.
I must specially commend the marquee heaters! It is the most effective heating I have ever seen for a winter party. We turned it off after an hour or 2. They were highly efficient.5 star!!
On the day of the take down, they did the business as usual without a fuss.
To say I am extremely pleased would be an understatement! I will certainly always use them again and again! Thank you Michael and Team!

  Michael and Kristina went above and beyond when I was organising a party to celebrate me beating cancer.
Michael met me at the venue to speak about decorations, Kristina was kind enough to help me find companies to make me a personal LED sign and help me to pick colours.
I would highly recommend them for any event.

  Brilliant service
We hire a 6x3m marquee for our event and couldn’t have been better. Michael have us a call to let us know the window picking up over the weekend and came down personally to put in heavier stumps to ensure the marquee was stable incase of the weather.
